5 Front squat @ 60kg/40kg
10 C2B pull-ups
20 Double unders
Rest 3 minutes
WOD 2
As many rounds as possible in 8 minutes of:
5 Handstand push-ups
10 Deadlift @ 70kg/50kg
20 Lateral jumps over bar
