Practice time:
Spend 10 minutes working on Double unders

M2: 4x1 minute max effort double unders record scores.

Conditioning:
Row 100m* then,

2 Rounds of
10 Squat Cleans
30m Bear crawl
50 Double unders

Then, Run 800m*

* Run or row can be done in any order. If you prefer to row fatigued then run first....... you're welcome 😉
