Every 90 seconds for 9 minutes:
3 x Hang squat snatch (use a weight which supports heavy, but unbroken reps)
4 rounds for max reps:
60 seconds SDHP (L1 30/20, L2 & L3 40/30)
60 seconds Ball slams
60 seconds Abmat Situps
60 seconds rest
